Pre-Season training for all Senior Men and Ladies intending to play with Knox Churches Soccer Club in 2023... is NOW UNDERWAY - Please come prepared with RUNNERS and WATER BOTTLES (bring boots as well) - sessions start at 6.30pm SHARP at Knox Park unless otherwise notified. Sessions will run on Mondays and Wednesdays until season starts in April.
We would like to invite all U16 Girls and U18 Junior players to also join this pre-season training.
